About the role

There is currently an exciting opportunity for a Digital Optimization Specialist to join our eCommerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and coordination of digital services, ensuring a seamless experience across our digital touchpoints. By leveraging data-driven insights, experimentation, and continuous improvement practices, you will play a key role in enhancing digital performance, customer engagement, and revenue generation.

What you will do:

• Execute and manage A/B testing and experimentation across digital touchpoints to drive data-informed decision-making
• Contribute to ideation by proposing test hypotheses based on data and insights
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and support identification of optimization opportunities
• Support and propose CRO initiatives to improve conversion, revenue, and user experience
• Monitor, report, and communicate performance of digital products and optimization initiatives
• Contribute to the optimization roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact
• Support management of digital partners and ensure deliverables meet expectations
• Identify user experience issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of experiments, methodologies, processes, and key learnings to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
• Stay abreast of emerging optimization methodologies, industry best practices, and digital trends, bringing innovative ideas and recommendations to the team

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• 2-4 years of professional working experience in digital operations, optimization or product coordination
• Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
• Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle and ecosystems
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio) as well as with A/B testing tools and methodologies

And you have competence in:

• Applying an analytical mindset with a proactive approach
• Solving problems and managing projects efficiently
• Communicating effectively and in a structured manner with all stakeholders
• Collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams while independently driving key initiatives
• Adapting to change and staying current with digital analytics trends and technologies
• Demonstrating creativity and innovation
