About the role

 

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Engineers, who will apply their expertise, knowledge and skills in relevant Departments of our company. You will work on exciting projects to improve aircraft performance, safety and efficiency while contributing to innovative solutions that drive our business forward. As an Engineer in the Structures Engineering department, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring compliance with applicable Airworthiness Directives and Service Information for Aircraft Structures and issue instructions.
  • Coordinating with Maintenance Control Center on structural issues.
  • Providing support to Maintenance Technicians for structural matters.
  • Liaising with the manufacturer on structural queries or component interchangeabilities.
  • Collaborating with Maintenance Planning to ensure completion of Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins related to structures.
  • Working with Logistics on structural-related queries.
  • Addressing structural issues and recommending solutions.

 

As an Engineer in the Quality department, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing all assigned audits and inspections as per the yearly published Audit Schedule.
  • Coordinating with all parties involved in the management of the audit preparation, follow-up and closure.
  • Analyzing, summarizing and reviewing audit data, reports, findings and evidence to ensure corrective and preventive actions are satisfactory.
  • Performing risk assessment on all identified non-conformities.
  • Identifying hazards in operational activities.
  • Creating and maintaining current relevant Audit Checklists.
  • Conducting audit follow-up where necessary.

 

As an Engineer in the Operations Engineering & Flight Support department, you will be responsible for:

  • Calculating and monitoring Aircraft Performance and manage relevant Performance Applications.
  • Overseeing Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System.
  • Assisting Fleet Office with the evaluation of new routes / destinations.
  • Managing Aircraft Navigation Data and Chart applications.
  • Ensuring that EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) & EFF (Electronic Flight Folder) hardware and software applications comply with regulations.
  • Coordinating and managing the Entry into Service of new Aircraft.
  • Maintaining and improving Flight Support manuals and procedures.

 

As an Engineer in the Maintenance Long Term Planning department, you will be responsible for:

  • Combining and analyzing data from various sources to create a 3-year optimized maintenance forecast.
  • Conducting analyses and proposing optimizations and improvements to maximize efficiency of maintenance workflow and plan.
  • Following up with internal and external stakeholders, for issues rising during execution, i.e. discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of open workorder regarding man hours, parts required, ground time and requesting corrective actions.
  • Assessing base maintenance tasks and findings to ensure process compliance.
  • Participating actively in the aircraft delivery/re-delivery process.
  • Reviewing damage charts to monitor open items.

 

You fit if you cover the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical or relevant)
  • Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Previous experience in aviation industry will be considered an asset
