About the role

 

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Engineers, who will apply their expertise, knowledge and skills in relevant Departments of our company. You will work on exciting projects to improve aircraft safety and efficiency while contributing to innovative solutions that drive our business forward. As an Engineer in the Powerplant Engineering department, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitor compliance with Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs) related to powerplant systems using the AMOS system.
  • Oversee engine health monitoring to ensure continuous tracking of engine performance and condition in line with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage engine and APU maintenance events (shop visits), working closely with MROs, lessors, and internal stakeholders on technical, contractual, and financial matters.
  • Review, dispute, and approve costs associated with engine and APU maintenance activities (shop visits).
  • Collaborate with the operator’s Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) and technicians from Approved Maintenance Organizations (AMOs) to resolve powerplant-related issues.
  • Provide technical support to AMO maintenance teams, in coordination with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
  • Liaise with the Logistics team for the provision of used serviceable parts during maintenance events.
  • Analyze powerplant-related trends and findings from monthly reliability reports and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Evaluate and coordinate with CAMO (Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization) Planning and AMO technical teams, on the implementation of Service Bulletins, Service Information Letters, published by OEMs.
  • Support aircraft phase-in and phase-out processes, ensuring proper handling of powerplant-related matters.
  • Prepare technical instructions and documentation for AMO maintenance personnel.
  • Lead or support special projects as assigned by the Powerplant Engineering Manager and/or Department Heads.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal processes and technical reporting systems.

 

 

As an Engineer in the Avionics Engineering department, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitor compliance with Airworthiness Directives and service information related to avionics systems, using the AMOS system.
  • Provide technical support to Line and Base Maintenance on avionics-related issues.
  • Liaise with OEMs and component manufacturers for technical queries and component interchangeability.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance Planning for the implementation of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Service Information, and modifications.
  • Work with Logistics to resolve avionics-related part queries and requirements.
  • Contribute to the Monthly Reliability Review by analyzing avionics issues and proposing corrective actions.
  • Support projects and tasks related to Avionics, IFE (In-Flight Entertainment), and connectivity systems.
  • Liaise with the local authorities (Hellenic CAA) for aircraft certificates and approvals
  • Support aircraft phase-in and phase-out processes, coordinating with other Technical Department teams on avionics-related matters.
  • Liaise with approved Part-21 organizations to support design and certification activities related to modifications and avionics related upgrades.

 

 

 

As an Engineer in the Systems Engineering department, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitor compliance with Airworthiness Directives and service information related to aircraft systems, using the AMOS system.
  • Collaborate with MCC to address system-related technical issues.
  • Provide technical support to Line and Base Maintenance for system-related tasks.
  • Liaise with OEMs and component manufacturers regarding technical queries and part interchangeability.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance Planning for the execution of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Service Information, and modifications.
  • Work with Logistics to resolve system-related parts queries and requirements.
  • Analyze system-related findings from monthly reliability reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support aircraft phase-in and phase-out processes, coordinating with other Technical Department teams on system-related matters.
  • Interface with approved Part-21 organizations to support design and certification activities related to aircraft modifications and system upgrades.

 

 

As an Engineer in the Structures Engineering department, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring compliance with applicable Airworthiness Directives and Service Information for Aircraft Structures and issue relevant instructions to maintenance personnel for accomplishment.
  • Coordinating with Maintenance Control Center on structural issues.
  • Providing support to Maintenance Technicians for structural matters.
  • Liaising with OEMs on structural damages rectification or component interchangeabilities.
  • Collaborating with Maintenance Planning to ensure completion of Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins related to structures.
  • Working with Logistics on structural-related queries.
  • Addressing structural issues and recommending solutions based on OEM documentation (i.e. applicable manuals, mechanical and repair drawings, etc.)
  • Support aircraft phase-in and phase-out processes, coordinating with other Technical Department teams and lessors on structures-related matters.
  • Updating aircraft repair files after repair implementation.

 

 

As an Engineer in the Maintenance Planning department, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop a 3-year forecast maintenance plan using data analysis, historical trends (i.e. maintenance findings, man-hours required, etc.) and capacity insights.
  • Propose workflow optimizations and process improvements to maximize maintenance efficiency.
  • Prepare and finalize base maintenance work packages for in-house or outsourced MROs.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to address issues during maintenance execution.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of open workorders, including man-hours, parts, and ground time.
  • Collaborate with Base Maintenance to align on maintenance requirements and schedule amendments.
  • Review contract terms to ensure compliance and maintenance reserves reimbursement.
  • Prepare required documents & input repetitive items into AMOS as per regulatory and OEM guidelines.
  • Assess completed tasks and open findings to ensure process compliance.
  • Actively support aircraft delivery/redelivery processes.
  • Review of damage chart to establish monitoring of open items and update of AMOS.
  • Update AMOS for parts/materials required for each input and all Time-Controlled and LLP requirements.

 

 

You fit if you cover the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical or relevant)
  • Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Previous experience in aviation industry will be considered an asset
