About the role
We are currently looking for enthusiastic Engineers, who will apply their expertise, knowledge and skills in relevant Departments of our company. You will work on exciting projects to improve aircraft safety and efficiency while contributing to innovative solutions that drive our business forward. As an Engineer in the Powerplant Engineering department, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring compliance with Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs) related to powerplant systems using the AMOS system.
- Overseeing engine health monitoring to ensure continuous tracking of engine performance and condition in line with regulatory and company requirements.
- Coordinating and manage engine and APU maintenance events (shop visits), working closely with MROs, lessors, and internal stakeholders on technical, contractual, and financial matters.
- Providing technical support to AMO maintenance teams, in coordination with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Analyzing powerplant-related trends and findings from monthly reliability reports and implement corrective actions as required.
- Evaluating and coordinate with CAMO (Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization) Planning and AMO technical teams, on the implementation of Service Bulletins, Service Information Letters, published by OEMs.
- Supporting aircraft phase-in and phase-out processes, ensuring proper handling of powerplant-related matters.
- Supporting special projects as assigned by the Powerplant Engineering Manager and/or Department Heads.
- Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of internal processes and technical reporting systems.
As an Engineer in the Avionics Engineering department, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring compliance with Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Information (SIs) related to avionics systems, using the AMOS system.
- Liaising with OEMs and component manufacturers for technical queries, upgrades and component interchangeability.
- Evaluating and coordinating with CAMO (Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization) Planning and AMO technical teams, on the implementation of Service Bulletins, Service Information published by OEMs and P21 modifications.
- Contributing to the Monthly Reliability Review by analyzing avionics issues and proposing corrective actions.
- Supporting projects and tasks related to Avionics, IFE (In-Flight Entertainment), and connectivity systems.
- Liaising with the local authorities (Hellenic CAA) for aircraft certificates and approvals.
- Supporting aircraft phase-in and phase-out processes, coordinating with other Technical Department teams on avionics-related matters.
- Liaising with approved Part-21 organizations to support design and certification activities related to modifications and avionics related upgrades.
- Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of internal processes and technical reporting systems.
As an Engineer in the Maintenance Programs & Reliability department, you will be responsible for:
- Developing maintenance programs to support regulatory and operational requirements as well as in-service experience.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement and optimization of maintenance programs by following established systematic methodologies.
- Assessing reliability of structures, systems and components.
- Evaluating maintenance and modifications effectiveness.
- Preparing and conducting technical presentations.
- Taking part in the development of maintenance requirements through manufacturers’ working group participation.
As an Engineer in the Operations Engineering & Flight Support department, you will be responsible for:
- Calculating and monitoring Aircraft Performance and manage relevant Performance Applications.
- Calculating, publishing and maintaining aircraft Weight and Balance Data and managing relevant Applications and Systems.
- Overseeing Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System.
- Assisting Fleet Office with the evaluation of new routes / destinations.
- Managing Aircraft Navigation Data and Chart applications.
- Ensuring that EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) & EFF (Electronic Flight Folder) hardware and software applications comply with regulations.
- Coordinating and managing the Entry into Service of new Aircraft.
- Liaising with Manufacturers for Operations Engineering issues.
- Maintaining and improving Flight Support manuals and procedures.
- Participating in Departmental and cross-Departmental projects.
As an Engineer in the Quality department, you will be responsible for:
- Performing all assigned audits and inspections as per the yearly published Audit Schedule.
- Coordinating with all parties involved in the management of the audit preparation, follow-up and closure.
- Analyzing, summarizing and reviewing audit data, reports, findings and evidence to ensure corrective and preventive actions are satisfactory.
- Performing risk assessment on all identified non-conformities.
- Identifying hazards in operational activities.
- Creating and maintaining current relevant Audit Checklists.
- Conducting audit follow-up where necessary.
You fit if you cover the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical or relevant)
- Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
- Advanced computer literacy
- Previous experience in aviation industry will be considered an asset
