About the role

There is currently a job opening “IT Applications Administrator” in the Aviation It Applications and Integration department. In this role, you will be responsible for the integration, administration, and support of critical airline applications and systems.

You will ensure the smooth operation of applications, while maintaining data integrity, managing changes, and providing technical support. If you are eager to enable secure, efficient, and reliable IT operations across the airline’s ecosystem, do not miss the opportunity to apply!

What you will do:

• Ensure efficient and accurate data processing across systems
• Execute the integration of various applications using technologies such as Message Queueing, SFTP, web services, and APIs
• Administer and maintain mission-critical airline IT applications
• Manage the deployment, configuration, and updates of MaaS360, and oversee the airline’s mobile device management (MDM) policies
• Ensure timely and reliable delivery of source data to applications
• Maintain the integrity of data feeds and reports across systems
• Handle application changes, updates, and configuration management in accordance with IT governance standards
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance to end-users and resolve issues related to application integration and administration
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration workflows, system configurations, and policies

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or in any relevant field
• 3-5 years of professional working experience in a relevant position
• Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
• Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server and application architecture

• Handling confidential information by demonstrating high sense of professionalism
