About the new job


There is currently a job opening “IT Support Engineer”, in the Information Tech/Systems. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible to interact with end-users, addressing and tracking issues, providing the first line of support. You are a perfect match, if you are eager to provide great support experience, owning, troubleshooting and solving technical issues, showing collaboration and transparency within the team.


What you will do:

  • Install and configure new ipads/androids
  • Monitor IT helpdesk, by controlling of service requests and incidents through Jira Service desk
  • Provide support to end users in accordance with SLAs concerning software applications and hardware
  • Be responsible for the administration of mobile technologies (IOS/android)


You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or another related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an IT support engineer
  • Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office applications
  • Experience in Apple Business and Developers technology
  • Experience in MDM solutions like IBM Maas360 or Microsoft Intune.


And you have competence in:

  • Communicating effectively in a structured manner, with all stakeholders
  • Demonstrating positive attitude with a collaborative approach
  • Attention to detail
  • Working under pressure, managing changing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Organization and time management
  • Handling confidential information by demonstrating high sense of professionalism
