About the role
There is currently a job opening “Investor Relations Administrator” in the Treasury and Investor Relations Department. As an Investor Relations Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day shareholder and debtholder services functions, to be performed in line with company processes. If you are eager to work in a fast-moving environment and demonstrate excellent communication and critical thinking skills to deliver comprehensive results this role is for you.
What you will do:
- Provide support for all investor relations activities.
- Handle shareholder and debtholder inquiries for financial, regulatory and other types of information; responsible to direct them as appropriate and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly materials and handle distribution of press releases and other materials.
- Provide support and facilitate regulatory filings to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and Athens Stock Exchange. Ensure required regulatory filings are submitted on a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in the research and analysis of industry trends and the Company’s peers and compile regular reports.
- Carry out necessary procedures for the implementation of corporate actions (dividends, return of capital, increase / decrease of share capital, coupon payments to debtholders) and inform shareholders and debtholders.
- Carry out necessary procedures for corporate events including General Assemblies, Investor Days, Analyst briefing and other events for the investment community. collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth flow of the event.
- Maintain and update Shareholder and Debtholder registry.
- Process inheritance share transfer requests.
- Assist in updating the content of the company’s Investor Relations website.
You fit, if you cover the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or another related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or in a finance related field
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
And you have competence in:
- Communicating effectively in a structured manner, with all stakeholders

- Problem-solving, prioritizing and time management
- Adaptability and flexibility
