About the role

 

There is currently a job opening for a “Technical Librarian” in the Engineering Department. As a Technical Librarian, you will ensure the timely and uninterrupted receipt of maintenance data, which is critical to our operations. As the focal point for the receipt, control, monitoring and distribution of all Approved Maintenance Data, the Technical Library plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and compliance of our maintenance processes. If you are enthusiastic about managing critical data flows and ensuring operational excellence, then this role is for you.

 

 

What you will do:

  • Verify that all Approved Maintenance Data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Procure technical documentation as requested by relevant departments, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Inform users about the issuance and receipt of publications and monitor their acknowledgment to ensure proper dissemination
  • Organize, update, and manage the distribution of all technical documents efficiently
  • Create and maintain subscriptions with vendors, ensuring continuous access to necessary technical resources
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to accessing aircraft manual accounts

 

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of AMOS software will be considered as an asset
  • Fluency in oral and written Greek and English

 

and you have competence in:

  • Paying close attention to detail
  • Working collaboratively  
  • Prioritizing and organizing duties
  • Committing strongly to guidelines and procedures
