About the role

There is currently a job opening for the position of “Technical Records Officer” in the Technical Records department. As a Technical Records Officer, you will be responsible to monitor and cross check validity for data pertaining to the company’s fleet, aiming to contribute to the successful maintenance of the technical records management system. If you are eager to support Technical Records activities, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal procedures, this job is for you.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collate, record and update maintenance technical records including flight data & component changes in AMOS database
  • Maintain and update aircraft, engine and APU logbooks
  • Ensure technical records documentation is filled out correctly, monitoring discrepancies and compile relevant reports
  • Check and review all records upon an aircraft delivery to assure their consistency compared to the aircraft condition and airworthiness
  • Ensure quality of the maintenance data through close collaboration with other departments

 

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

  • Higher education degree is desirable but not considered necessary
  • Fluency in oral and written Greek & English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous working experience in a relevant position is preferred
  • Driving license
